Assessment and Treatments

Flat Feet

Flat feet, or pes planus, usually only need treatment if they cause discomfort or are causing pain in other parts of the body

It is common for young children to have flat feet up to the age of three. If you are concerned about your, or your child’s, feet, we will examine them to check for any underlying problems, for example tendon weakness. Treatment will usually involve the use of orthoses and exercises.
